How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Most of our items are handmade to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before your unique piece is shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our studio.
Do you ship your gothic decor internationally?
Yes, we ship our curiosities worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees.
What materials are used in your products?
We pride ourselves on high-quality craftsmanship. Our anatomical decor and lamps are primarily made from high-grade resin, hand-painted and finished with professional-grade sealants.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we take great care in packaging. If your item arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
Are your lamps compatible with my country's voltage?
We offer various plug types (UK, EU, US). Please ensure you select the correct plug type for your region when adding a lamp to your cart. All lamps are wired to international safety standards.
